- Material Efficiency: Manufacturers order materials in bulk rolls/sheets. Smaller quantities may require cutting from larger rolls, creating waste.
- Production Time: Setting up machines takes the same time whether printing 100 or 1000 pieces. Larger orders make this time investment worthwhile.
- Chip Programming (RFID): Each chip needs individual programming and testing, requiring minimum batch sizes.
How Quantity Affects Price Per Piece
Small Orders
Highest per-piece cost due to setup fees. Best for:

Medium Orders
Sweet spot for most events. Good balance of price and customization.

Options for Small Orders (Under MOQ)
If your quantity is below our standard MOQ, here are your options:
1. Plain / Stock Wristbands
Plain Tyvek® and basic colors in other materials are available with low minimums. Perfect for quick needs where custom printing isn't required.
2. Sample Orders
We offer sample quantities (5-10 pieces) of most products at nominal cost. You can see quality firsthand before placing a larger order. Sample cost is often adjusted against bulk orders.
3. Combined Orders
Need multiple designs? Sometimes we can combine different designs in one production run to meet MOQ. For example, 50 red + 50 blue = 100 total pieces.
4. Rush Fee Option
For urgent small orders, we may be able to accommodate by adding a small setup fee instead of requiring full MOQ. Contact us to check availability.
MOQ FAQs
Q: Can I order just 10 custom printed Tyvek wristbands?
A: For full-color custom printing, our minimum is typically 100 pieces. However, we offer single-color printing on Tyvek with lower MOQs (around 50 pieces). Contact us for options.
Q: What's the MOQ for different colors of the same design?
A: You can mix colors within the same order to reach the MOQ. For example, 50 blue + 50 green + 50 red = 150 total pieces, meeting the 150 MOQ.
Q: Do you offer samples before bulk order?
A: Yes! Sample orders are available for most products. Cost is nominal and refundable/deductible from bulk order. Request samples on WhatsApp.
Q: Is there an MOQ for RFID wristbands?
A: RFID/NFC wristbands typically require 100+ pieces due to chip programming and encoding costs. For smaller quantities, we recommend using our standard wristbands with QR codes instead.
