1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Note: Personalized or custom wristbands are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Request an Exchange

A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
3. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out the replacement at no extra cost (for eligible cases)
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized or personalized products

Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

Items not in original condition (worn, washed, or damaged)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your wristband arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
